A leading independent construction consultancy is seeking a Technical Director to spearhead its Nottingham office. The Role

As Technical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic growth and leadership of the office, overseeing business performance, client relationships, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in shaping the region’s commercial strategy, securing new business, and enhancing existing client partnerships.

This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a high-performance environment, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders, drive profitability, and elevate the company’s reputation in the industry. You will have full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring sustainable growth and a high standard of service delivery.

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in structural or civil engineering, environmental, or sustainability consultancies. You will be well-regarded within your sector, with a proven ability to develop business, manage teams, and oversee complex projects.
