The Opportunity
My client is at the forefront of commercial property in the UK and has an award-winning reputation for providing high quality advice and their specialist departments covers all aspects of the surveying profession, throughout the UK.
The role will be to join the Asset Management team, and along with other Surveyors and Directors, being responsible for a portfolio of retail & leisure, industrial and office properties on behalf of commercial funds, occupiers etc.
The team are responsible for negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews, identifying asset management initiatives and value enhancements within the portfolios, undertaking commercial agency transactions, developing landlord and tenant relationships, and general in-house property management.
The Person:
RICS qualified – 1-3 years PQE Full UK Driving Licence Experience of lease consultancy Strong communication and organisational skills Previous experience of working in an asset/property management environment. Knowledge of the commercial property market. Confident and self-motivated.
Remuneration:
- A competitive salary between £40k - £45k per annum (D.O.E.)
