- Knowledge of the North West property market MRICS qualification
- Familiarity with sales and lettings processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven teamwork capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Drive, motivation, and a desire to achieve success. Proficiency in IT tools and software.
About You
You will an outgoing, personable individual, able to win new business, as well as nurturing and growing existing clients. Previous management experience is essential and a demonstrable track record in a similar role is essential.
