Overview:
Our client requires a skilled Associate Project Manager to work across a range of sectors within the Built Environment, based in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving Project Management Team within a highly successful consultancy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional projects and contributing to a supportive team environment. This position presents opportunities for career progression alongside an established national team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to closeout.
- Ensure Health and Safety compliance.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement.
- Cultivate client relationships and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate feasibility studies and site evaluations.
- Advise on consultant selection and appointment.
- Obtain planning consents and approvals.
- Manage project finances and procurement.
- Oversee design team leadership and risk management.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction.
- Chair progress and coordination meetings.
- Provide regular project reports to clients.
Qualifications:
- Extensive project management experience.
- Ability to lead successful projects and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Experience in the built environment sector preferred.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Additional experience in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement strategies beneficial.
