Are you a Senior level Building Surveyor who is looking to strike that all important work life balance? Working in the beautiful Lake District, you will run your own projects and work closely with a broad range of clients. You will be part of a close knit team, with some responsibility for co-ordinating the delivery of projects & survey work within both the public and private sectors.
We are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, someone who is ideally Chartered, but not essential.
You will work with private clients, high net worth individuals, as well as some local authority schemes, undertaking refurbishment work and extensions.
Some basic CAD skills would be useful.
