About the Role

Join an established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with a strong national presence and an ambitious growth strategy across the North West.

As part of its continued regional expansion, the business is seeking to appoint a senior Building Surveyor at Associate to Director level to lead and grow its Manchester offering.

This is a leadership opportunity for an individual who combines technical credibility with commercial instinct and a desire to build something meaningful within a well-supported platform.

The Role

The appointed individual will assume responsibility for:

  • Leading and developing the Manchester Building Surveying team
  • Expanding key client relationships across public and private sectors
  • Driving revenue growth and market share in the North West
  • Overseeing financial performance, forecasting and pipeline management
  • Delivering high-level professional and project-based Building Surveying services

The service mix spans public estates, residential, education, healthcare, retail, commercial and insurance-led instructions.

The role offers significant autonomy, backed by the strength of a respected national brand and multi-disciplinary infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:

  • MRICS qualification
  • A strong reputation within the North West consultancy market
  • Proven ability to generate fees and develop client relationships
  • Experience leading, mentoring and growing teams
  • Commercial awareness with strategic outlook
  • Technical excellence across professional and project services
