About the Role
Are you a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) or an APC candidate close to sitting your final assessment, looking for a role that offers genuine progression, high-profile client exposure, and the opportunity to help shape a growing London team?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded property consultancy within a newly established London office, working closely with a respected and commercially astute Building Surveyor with a strong track record of developing talent and growing successful teams.

You will work with major retailers, property funds, investors, and high-profile commercial clients, delivering a balanced mix of professional and project-led building surveying services.
The Role
- Delivering a broad range of commercial building surveying instructions
- Leading and supporting on dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, and refurbishment projects
- Managing schemes from feasibility through to completion
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to the growth and reputation of the London team
For those still progressing through APC, structured mentorship and strategic support will be provided to ensure successful chartership.
About You
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- MRICS qualified or at an advanced stage of APC
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence dealing directly with clients
- Well organised, proactive, and career-driven
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
