About the Role
An established international real estate consultancy is seeking an experienced Associate Director – Quantity Surveying to join its growing Manchester office.
This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, mixed-use, residential, industrial and public sector projects throughout the North West and beyond.
The Role
You will take a leading position within the Cost Management team, delivering high-quality pre- and post-contract services while supporting business development and mentoring junior surveyors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cost management commissions from inception to completion
- Preparing cost plans, feasibility studies and procurement advice
- Managing tender processes and contract administration
- Providing strategic commercial advice to clients
- Supporting and developing junior team members
- Contributing to work-winning and client relationship development
About You
- MRICS qualified (or working towards chartership with strong experience)
- Proven experience delivering projects across commercial, residential, industrial or mixed-use sectors
- Strong client-facing skills and commercial awareness
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ambition to play a key role in growing a regional cost consultancy team
