About the Role

We are looking for an Associate level Quantity Surveyor to join our team of building surveyors, project managers and façade engineers and technicians.

Ideally,  you will have at least 5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment, and be able to confidently liaise with clients. You will also be able to take a leading role in developing the cost consultancy side of the business, and work towards more senior and leadership responsibility.

The successful candidate will be able to deliver and manage the provision of quantity surveying and cost management services on projects of varying scale and complexity. This will include pre and post project cost management and reporting, preparing bills of quantities, tender documents and controlling the cost management process.

You will need to have a high level of interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively. You will also have a BSc (or equivalent) in quantity surveying and ideally be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (or equivalent). You will be experienced in various forms of Building Contracts, estimating and using estimating software, and have a good knowledge of IT such as MS office, excel and outlook.
