About the Role:

As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. While our client has a strong presence in the healthcare sector, they are looking for a dynamic individual who can diversify and expand into new markets, particularly education and the private sector.

This is an exciting opportunity to build and grow a high-performing team, leveraging existing relationships and forging new partnerships across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the Leeds-based consultancy team.
  • Drive business development, identifying and securing new opportunities in education, private sector, and beyond.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of project management and cost consultancy services.
  • Provide strategic direction, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm's growth strategy and service offering.
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience at a senior level in construction consultancy, ideally as a Director or Associate Director.
  • Strong background in project management, cost consultancy, or related services.
  • Track record of business development, securing and delivering projects in healthcare, education, or the private sector.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for team building and growth.
  • Excellent leadership, client relationship, and strategic thinking skills.
