About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven leader to head up the EMEA Project & Construction Development Advisory business within a globally recognised professional services organisation.

This is a high-profile executive leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering the regional growth strategy across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, while leading a substantial multi-disciplinary team across project management, construction and development advisory services.

The successful individual will take full ownership of regional business performance, strategy, operational delivery, and client growth. The role requires a commercially astute leader capable of driving business expansion, developing strategic client relationships, and leading large, geographically dispersed teams within a complex international environment.

Key Criteria:

  • International experience, including Europe
  • Real Estate consultancy experience
  • P & L experience in excess of £150m
  • Leadership of teams in excess of 1000 personnel

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the regional business strategy and long-term growth plans
  • Driving revenue growth, profitability and market expansion
  • Building and maintaining senior client relationships across multiple sectors
  • Leading and developing high-performing teams across EMEA
  • Supporting M&A activity, operational excellence and innovation initiatives
  • Embedding technology, sustainability and data-led solutions across the business
  • Working collaboratively across a matrixed international organisation to deliver integrated client solutions

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in project, development or construction leadership
  • Significant P&L and operational management experience in excess of £150m
  • A proven track record leading large teams across multiple regions
  • Strong business development and client engagement capabilities
  • Experience operating within a large consultancy, corporate or matrixed environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
