About the Role
The Client & Opportunity
A highly respected National Real Estate Consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Director (or Associate) of Lease Consultancy join their Bristol office.
The established Bristol Lease Consultancy team provides rent review, lease renewal and related commercial advice on primarily office, retail and industrial property throughout the West Country and South Wales markets, and work further afield occurs where appropriate.
In addition, clients are supported and advised on lease break clauses, restructuring, dilapidations and other leasehold related matters and strategic advice.
Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The successful candidate will have an outstanding track record in the Lease Advisory marketplace. With the ability to add value to the fee revenue, you will have sufficient drive, and you will display initiative and commitment to delivering the highest quality, which consistently exceeds clients’ expectations.
