What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle of complex data centre developments, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery. 
  • Supporting clients in site selection, with a focus on power availability, renewables, and on-site generation solutions. 
  • Driving efficient, effective delivery through strong programme and project management methodologies. 
  • Unlocking value through robust cost management, procurement strategies, and supply chain management.
  • Applying digital tools and market-leading controls to ensure transparency, efficiency, and predictable outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as construction management, quantity surveying, civil engineering, or project management. 
  • Proven experience gained within a property consultancy, project management firm, or client/developer side, working on data centre projects. 
  • Strong knowledge of programme delivery, procurement, and commercial management in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. 
  • A deep understanding of the challenges of data centre delivery, particularly in relation to power, scalability, and sustainability. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. 
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for driving performance and innovation.
