Our client’s Lease Advisory team is looking to build upon continued success by expanding the team further and recruiting a Lease Consultancy Surveyor – up to Associate level - based out of the Northwest.

A Valuation Surveyor (RICS qualified & Registered Valuer) is required for a well-respected and independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in Cheshire. The instructions are predominantly Commercial with some Residential valuation work, (training provided where necessary) covering the whole of the Northwest of England. Client base is longstanding and growing, ranging from individuals to institutions, and the diversity of work is wide, providing an interesting mix. You will form part of a dedicated, and long-standing valuation team.
