This is a fantastic opportunity to lead some of the region’s most exciting and transformative projects across a wide range of sectors — making a meaningful impact on the city and surrounding communities.

You will bring a proven track record in delivering complex projects, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. This is your chance to step into a senior leadership role where you can drive delivery, support team growth, and shape the strategic direction of a thriving business.

Why join?

  • Take the lead on high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, defence, leisure, and regeneration.
  • Join a respected, market-leading business with a reputation for quality and innovation.
  • Accelerate your career with a clear pathway to leadership and the autonomy to make an impact.
  • Collaborate with a talented, motivated team in a dynamic, supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the successful delivery of major capital projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and building long-term partnerships.
  • Overseeing project teams, supporting their development, and ensuring best-in-class delivery standards.
  • Leading on business development, supporting key bids, proposals, and client growth strategies.
  • Driving governance, risk management, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and commercial management.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as project management, construction management, quantity surveying, or building surveying.
  • Significant project management experience, ideally within a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • A track record of delivering projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, commercial, leisure, and regeneration.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, contracts, and risk.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

The opportunity:

Join a highly respected team at the forefront of delivering impactful projects across Liverpool and the North West. With a competitive salary of £75,000 – £90,000 + benefits DOE, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, lead a talented team, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the city.
