As an Investment Surveyor, initially you will provide a supporting role to the senior members of the team covering business development, marketing, inspections and transaction support. This role will thereafter evolve into a more active position focussing on the identification and appraisal of investment opportunities, to help support the growth of the company’s portfolio.
You will become involved in the acquisition of standing investments, portfolios, as well as purchase sales and leasebacks. This will include property inspection, investment appraisal, review of building information and assisting in the management of due diligence, up to completion. You will also be required to undertake financial analysis in order to forecast the returns of assets for acquisition.
You will initiate meetings and presentations with new contacts to seek new purchase and leaseback/development opportunities. You will also be involved in disposals; supporting the analysis to identify assets, recommend sales and be involved in the management of the sales process.
Ideally having previous experience within Commercial Property within a Graduate or Intern position, you will understand that no two days are the same and you will be able to approach your working day with flexibility and enthusiasm.
A driving license is essential as there will be a need to travel nationally and occasionally stay overnight in various locations.
The basic salary shall be in the region of between £25,000 and £35,000 per annum (dependent upon experience plus car allowance, coupled with company benefits such as pension and healthcare, and the support to complete your APC, if required.
