The role

The ideal candidate will be an established Clinical Negligence solicitor with around 0 – 3 years PQE. You will be able to demonstrate a sold background dealing with a varied case load of clinical negligence matters. Your role will involve interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements, instructing experts, instructing counsel, attending Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings, negotiate settlements and preparing for and attending trials and mediation. You will have a passion and drive for client service and delivering excellent quality.

The team have leading professionals in the industry and are ranked in the Top Tier in the Legal 500. The team has expertise in high value birth and neurological claims, spinal injury, amputations, cerebral palsy and paraplegia.

Starting salary is in the region of £50,000 dependent on PQE level.
