Kingsley are now working with a leading niche Commercial law firm based in South Manchester who are looking a Construction Solicitor to join their team due to an increase in work. In this role you will be part of the wider Commercial Property team and will support the team with their current clients on construction law matters.

The role

You will ideally have 0 - 3 years PQE. You will develop your own caseload of Construction matters whilst supporting the partner. This role is therefore an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to build up their own quality case load whilst working for a partner who boasts an excellent reputation both internally and with clients.

The construction team advises on procurement strategy, contracts and disputes for building, construction and engineering projects across a range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, education, industrial, energy, retail and infrastructure.

Salary starts in the region of £33,000, dependant on PQE level.  The benefits package on offer also includes 25 days holiday plus 3 additional days for the Christmas festive period. Plus, bank holidays and ½ day off for your birthday.
