The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Respondent Employment matters to include a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious work. You will work closely with other teams within the firm delivering complete and comprehensive advice to clients. The department is strong and is led by experienced Partners.
Applications are invited from ambitious Employment Solicitors with at least 4 years PQE who have strong Respondent experience dealing with contentious and non-contentious matters to include corporate support, TUPE, restrictive covenants, cross-border matters, advisory work, high-court injunctions, drafting of employment contracts and other related documents. You should be working as an Employment Solicitor within a leading City firm or perhaps be looking to make the move from In-house to Private Practice.
