Are you an experienced call hander? Are you used to working in a fast-paced customer service environment? If so, and you are wanting to move away from the typical call center work and into a reputable legal firm who act for individuals and businesses within Personal Injury law then this is a fantastic opportunity.
You will be degree educated and if your degree is within Law, although not essential, then this is a bonus! This is a great opportunity to kick start your legal career.
You will be experienced in dealing with telephone enquiries and will have an excellent phone manner. You will be able to deal with a fast paced and high volume of matters and will have excellent organisational skills.
The role requires some flexibility with working hours. Although predominantly 8.30-5 you will occasionally be required to work on a rota basis which includes a later start time and working until 8pm every sixth week and weekend work every third month. This would therefore suit someone looking for the odd lie in or day off in the week in return!
You will predominantly be dealing with initial enquiries in relation to personal injury claims but don’t worry if you have not worked in this environment before as full training will be provided.
The firm is located near to excellent motorway links and offers free parking. Due to the location of the firm it is better if you drive.
