Joining a thriving Investment team based in Manchester City Centre you will be predominately focused on the North, providing property investment advice on a variety of investment types. Your role will centre around acquisitions, disposals, asset recovery and restructuring, yield analysis, and tenant profiling. You will offer a personalised property investment service from secure low yielding investments to distressed high yielding opportunities. With solid post qualification experience you will find it easy managing client relationships and managing transactions from start to finish and will be able to bring your understanding of capital markets and commercial real estate to the forefront of what you do.
To succeed within this North-West based Investment Surveyor role, you will have the following expertise:
- MRICS qualified
- RICS-accredited degree
- Proven experience in an Investment team
- Experienced in managing transactions from start to finish on behalf of your clients
- Knowledge and experience of the North-West market
- Valid UK driving licence
A negotiable salary and package of up to £40,000 is available to the successful candidate (depending upon experience)
