We are currently recruiting a New Homes Sales Negotiator for an ambitious residential developer in Liverpool, who is looking to add to their exceptional residential sales team after an extremely busy start at their brand-new developments which consist of two live sites, with over 50 high specification units.

About the role
Working across live sites on The Wirral and Liverpool , the New Homes Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling local on-site properties to owner-occupiers and managing the sales process from start to finish.
As a 360 sales consultant, you will be responsible for the initial marketing of the properties, attending viewings, negotiating offers, and seeing sales through to completion.
Daily tasks will be extremely varied, with much of your time being spent on the development complex within the new purpose-built sales suite. You will also be dealing with all of the after sales care, organising events with senior colleagues and also being involved with the social media and marketing for the site.

Customer service is key to this role, as well as being a strong team player. You must also be computer literate and social media savvy.

Hours will be 9.5.30 Monday to Friday and you would also need to be available to work on a Saturday rotation due to the nature of this role.
With the amount of new developments already secured and the projected growth for this company’s portfolio, an OTE of £35K in the first 12 months will also be highly achievable.
