Are you an experienced Part II who wants to join a practice where there is a great range of projects and with mentorship / development procedures already in place for you to become successfully qualified whilst bringing your design influences and construction knowledge into current projects?  Do you have a portfolio that illustrates your own design visions and demonstrates your passion for all things architectural?

If you are looking to join a truly design lead practice where your career and portfolio will continue to grow, then you need to apply without delay!

The more I speak with the Senior Management team at this city centre practice, it is easy to see why Architects would want to join them and more importantly stay with them! Fabulous design lead projects, talented team of Architects, great working space, work / life balance, 5-minute walk from main train station.

With year on year growth since their formation, they are multi sector with their current large projects having a focus across Residential – small schemes to luxury apartments, Commercial and Hospitality.

They are looking for a Part II who has 2-3 years’ experience within a small-medium sized practice, has had technical and design input into projects and who may have had the chance to lead or job run.

The practice uses REVIT and runs projects to BIM level 2 protocols and whilst being proficient in Revit would be beneficial, it is not essential.  To ensure they recruit the “best of the best” the practice will provide training if you have worked with other 3D software, what you must be able to demonstrate is your passion and drive.
