From major supermarket developments through to world heritage sites this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to be exposed to a variety of complex projects including large scale strategic developments. As a Senior Town Planner you must be excited to contribute to business development and attending social events and engaging with new clients, so you will need to be a confident communicator with a background in consultancy. You will be responsible for delivering and managing multiple projects across a multitude sectors as well as negotiation of section 106 agreements. The ideal Senior Town Planner will be chartered.
You will be based in their Cambridge office in a rural, leafy village steeped in history. As a core member of the team you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, in return for your efforts they offer a commitment to “train, guide and lead” in order to meet your career goals.
