About the Role
Are you a Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next bold step? This is a rare opportunity to be the first Cost Manager in a thriving Birmingham office, with the full backing of a national powerhouse consultancy (no names—but you’ll know them!).
We’re looking for an Associate-level Cost Manager to establish and grow a new Quantity Surveying team, working alongside an already well-established Building Consultancy division.
The role:
- Deliver key projects across industrial & logistics, commercial refurbishments, and BPSA
- Work closely with the national cost management network and local project teams
- Build a team around you, with fast-track promotion opportunities
- Become a go-to expert for both new and existing clients in the region
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in cost management/quantity surveying—preferably in consultancy
- Strong technical knowledge across industrial, logistics, and commercial sectors
- Excellent communication skills—confident in client-facing roles
- MRICS qualified (or progressing towards chartership)
