  • Driving the planning and design process, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and securing key consents.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Development Manager, Regeneration Lead, or Place Advisor working on large-scale urban regeneration, mixed-use, residential, or commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of the public-private interface, including working with local authorities, investors, developers, and community stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, with experience in financial modelling, deal structuring, and development appraisals.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and drive projects forward.
  • A passion for place-making, regeneration, and creating meaningful, long-lasting impact in local communities.
