Kingsley are now working with a highly regarded commercial law firm who are looking for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join their office in London City.

The role

You will ideally have 0 – 2 years PQE and have gained some exposure and have a genuine interest in the banking, corporate or real estate sectors.

In this role you will primarily be working in the Real Estate Finance department assisting partners and other case handlers whilst developing your own caseload. This will include drafting, negotiating and agreeing loan agreements, intercreditor deeds, security documents and other ancillary documents, project management of real estate finance transactions and the associated team, lead adviser liaising directly with clients and negotiating with solicitors for the borrower, responsible for ensuring all conditions precedent on real estate finance transactions are satisfied prior to completion, dealing with post completion assignments and registrations at Companies House and HM Land Registry, dealing with HM Land Registry requisitions.

Starting salary is in the region of £50,000 dependent on PQE level.
