The EL/PL team covers a wide variety of sectors and environments and has experience in every aspect of public liability and employers' liability law.

Salary is in the region of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. The firm also offer excellent benefits which includes 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, health insurance, critical-illness cover, death-in-service and childcare vouchers.
You will manage a caseload of EL/PL cost cases up to £100k in value autonomously from start to finish. Key duties will include drafting points of dispute, budgets, precedent R and negotiating costs to settlement.
You will have at least 2 years previous costs experience and possess excellent time management and organisational skills and be able to work individually and within a team.
