Why join us?

  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with public sector clients, helping to grow both new and existing accounts.
  • Managing the full lifecycle of public sector projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
  • Leading procurement strategies, contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
  • Ensuring projects meet sustainability, accessibility, and community value objectives.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as construction management, quantity surveying, building surveying, or project management.
  • Experience working with or for public sector organisations, particularly local authorities, housing associations, or government bodies.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement routes, frameworks, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative and proactive approach with a passion for delivering projects that positively impact local communities.

The opportunity: Join a respected, market-leading team with a reputation for excellence in the public sector. With salaries ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 + benefits DOE, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, broaden your expertise, and play a key role in transforming local places and spaces.
