About the Role

Are you a driven Project Manager ready to step into a senior role within a market-leading consultancy?

Do you want to work on high-profile commercial projects for a mix of investors, developers, and end users?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a globally recognised real estate consultancy (without naming names!) for a Senior Project Manager or Associate to join their highly successful team in Manchester. You willl work closely with the National Director of Project Management and an established team of respected professionals.

The role:

  • Lead and deliver major commercial, office, industrial, and mixed-use projects
  • Manage the full project lifecycle—from feasibility through to completion
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring repeat business
  • Mentor junior team members and play a key role in business growth

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing complex construction projects in the commercial sector
  • Ideally MRICS or MCIOB qualified (or working towards)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Able to deliver in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment with tight deadlines

What’s on offer:

  • Salary around £70,000 DOE
  • Generous pension scheme, performance-related bonus
  • The opportunity to work within a supportive, national team with a clear route to progression
  • Access to landmark projects with a prestigious client base

If you’re an experienced Project Manager looking to take your career to the next level within a major consultancy (without the red tape of a corporate giant feel), this could be your next move.
